We are looking for an ambitious, results oriented and driven junior HR controller (m/f/x) to join our high-performing HR team. You will take a key role within our organization reporting to the HR Controlling and Projects Business Partner and collaborate with other central Headquarter functions and the HR leadership team on HR and finance-/controlling topics.
As an intern in our corporate finance department, you will be part of our program management office (PMO) to drive our information management & business intelligence strategy to implementation. Special focus of this roles is the roll-out of our Global Training Concept. Due to the global and multi-functional scope of the program you will work closely with colleagues from all business functions and global market organizations. Additionally, you will have the chance to get insight in latest reporting and data analytics technologies such as SAP Analytics Cloud.

Numerical simulation plays an important role for innovative fastening products development. The simulation of cold forming processes of fastening elements is a challenging topic. Your role in the project is to simulate the cold forming process and analyze the material flow and tool stresses. Start date is flexible to the student's availability, duration for at least 6 months.
As a Business Intelligence Product developer, you are responsible to deliver front-end solutions for Business Intelligence product within Marketing & Sales at global level. You play an important role to drive consistent, single source of truth data across the group with globally harmonized KPIs, to provide full transparency of how Marketing & Sales activities relate to business impact & financial results in line with our strategy, and to enable agile collaboration, topic prioritization and real-time impact measurement.
